I offer and provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental therapeutic space. I specialize in treating anxiety, bipolar disorder, and depression. I provide the support and guidance you may need to address the issues you’re struggling with.

Emotions are a natural occurrence in our everyday life. However, some of us have more trouble dealing with these emotions which at times, can prove to be unbearable for some.

I have also worked with adolescents, adults and families who have experienced trauma, relationship issues, anger issues, chronic illness, and life transitions. My aim is to meet you where you’re at.
